These tones can also guide us into connection to our higher consciousness, dream states and creative flow.

A chance to learn and workshop some arm and hand balances and inversions with lots of prep work, body opening, and strengthening, as well as time to weave these into a dynamic practice various approaches to increase your awareness and success. This all-levels practice will have something for everyone- come with an open mind, a willingness to fall and fail, and lots of laughs!
