The Stack is a powerful approach to alignment and stabilization that brings the ribcage and pelvis into optimal relationship, stacking the respiratory and pelvic diaphragms. This creates the foundation for a strong, efficient, and responsive core. This work goes far beyond your mat practice. It shapes how you move, breathe, and stabilize - every step, every day. Unlock Rotation
If Master The Stack is about finding balance front-to-back, Unlock Rotation is about learning how to twist, turn, and move side-to-side with strength and ease. Our bodies are designed to move in all directions, but modern life has us sitting, driving, and moving mostly straight ahead. We get locked up in suboptimal patterns, and lose healthy rotation in the hips and trunk. This workshop is designed to restore your body’s natural ability to rotate and move laterally. You’ll learn how to unlock power in your hips, move more efficiently through space, and rebuild strength and mobility for everyday life, sports, and your mat practice. All levels welcome.
