Sample 14-Day Journey Through India
Day 1 — Depart Vancouver
The journey begins. Settle in for the flight to India and begin shifting out of everyday life and into the rhythm of retreat.Day 2 — Arrive in Kerala
Land in Cochin and travel together into the lush landscape of Kerala. After settling into our home for the coming days, we’ll gather for an opening ceremony and our first sattvic meal together—the beginning of a slower, more intentional rhythm.Day 3 — Settle Into an Ayurvedic Rhythm
Our first full day invites us to soften into the pace of Kerala. Morning practice with local teachers, nourishing sattvic meals and personalized Ayurvedic treatments begin to establish the rhythm for our stay. Between practices, there is space to swim, wander the gardens, rest and simply be in nature.Day 4 — Practice, Nourish, Restore
Days begin to take on an ease of their own: yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic treatments, fresh sattvic meals and spacious afternoons. There is nowhere else to be. Read by the pool, explore the gardens or allow yourself the increasingly rare luxury of doing very little.Day 5 — Deepening the Practice
As we settle, we’ll continue learning and practicing alongside local teachers, experiencing yoga within the culture and landscape from which it comes. Ayurvedic treatments and a sattvic diet complement the practice, with plenty of room left for rest and integration.Day 6 — The Art of Slowing Down
A day guided by the simple rhythms we’ve established together: practice, nourishment, treatment, nature and rest. This part of the journey is intentionally spacious—an invitation to listen more closely to the body and move at a pace that feels restorative.Day 7 — Our Final Day in Kerala
Our final day offers time to savour the rhythm we’ve created before beginning the next chapter of the journey. Practice, treatments, nourishing meals and one last afternoon among the gardens provide space to integrate before we travel onward to Goa.Day 8 — Kerala to Goa
Depart Kerala and travel to Goa, continuing by private transfer to the coast and our retreat home at Cabo Serai. After settling in, we’ll gather for gentle movement, an opening circle and dinner together.Day 9 — Retreat Life in Goa
Begin the morning with practice overlooking Goa’s lush coastal landscape, followed by breakfast and a spacious day at the retreat. We’ll come back together later for an evening Flow + Restore practice.Day 10 — Movement, Rest & Connection
Ease into the day with a sunrise flow before breakfast. The remainder of the day leaves room for rest, exploration and the restorative experiences available at the property, followed by an evening practice together.Day 11 — Practice & Study
Begin with morning practice before diving deeper into the roots of yoga through an extended workshop with guest teacher Praveen. The day balances study and practice with time to rest, reflect and enjoy the surroundings.Day 12 — Nature & Integration
A change of pace invites us outdoors for a nature and forest-bathing experience. Movement, connection and time immersed in the landscape culminate in a special group dining experience.Day 13 — Closing the Retreat
Our final full day in Goa includes movement and time to enjoy the retreat before gathering for a longer closing practice and ceremony. Expect sound, reflection, celebration and an intentional closing of our time together.Day 14 — Goa, Delhi & Agra
Leave the coast behind and fly north to Delhi before continuing into the final cultural chapter of the journey. Travel toward Agra, explore historic landmarks including Agra Fort, and experience the Taj Mahal as the journey comes to a close.
